Classes / Programs

SHIAI SQUAD

These classes are open to individuals age 14 years and over. This class is for judokas who have both the technical ability and or mental attributes to train at a high level. At this stage 14 year old will start their first experience in local and foreign competitions.

Juniors Squad

These classes are open to children (8y to 13y) who are ready to take judo a little more seriously and focus on grading and competitions. Emphasis here will be on developing their technical repertoire and introduction to technical randori.

Young Dragons Squad

These classes are open to children (6y to 8y) beginners in Judo. It will teach core skills and the fundamentals of judo, including balance, movement, and posture. These are the building blocks for all sports.

Tiny Tumble Judo

These classes are open to children of 2 years to 5 years. The instructors teach the basic skills and discipline they need to succeed. While they learn simple martial arts moves such as falling, tumbling, throwing, crawling, and jumping, they also grasp valuable lessons about social conduct.

Curious about martial arts but not ready to commit long-term? Our Discover Judo Programme is designed exactly for that first step. Over five structured sessions, participants are introduced to the fundamentals of judo in a safe, welcoming, and disciplined environment.
