Health and Safety Rules at Shirojudokwai

Students and parents are responsible for the following

• Clean uniform and clean personal hygiene are required,

• Respect personal boundaries of our other members,

• Participation in post-class cleaning.

• Bring your own towel to dry your hands after using the toilet.

• Sanitize your hands upon entrance

• Wash hands frequently

• Personal gloves must be used when on the punch bag

• Do not come to training if you are sick

• Children must be dropped off at the gate

• Avoid crowding at the door by picking your child on time

• Leave the toilets clean

• Any possessions left will be thrown away

• Please leave the hall once your session is over
